Really good Stay Experience!

My room was very very comfy and tidy. The food, for both breakfast and the evening meals, was AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and efficient, really showing credit to the hotel. I appreciated the warm welcome from friendly staff. They showed me directly to my room.
I noticed there was no guest information available in the room regarding the available facilities. There also was barely enough shampoo and shower gel for one shower. I think improvements could be made to these provisions.

Really good Yorkshire Stay!

I found ample parking on the hotel grounds, a real convenience. The staff gave a warm and friendly welcome and escorted me straight to my room. I had easy access to my room from the car park. I didn't need to walk through the main hotel building, a bonus after hours. I would definitely consider another visit.
I had to wait a bit before being acknowledged. It was around 35 minutes after being seated. I think improvements are needed to.

The inn offers beautiful surroundings.. the location is calm and peaceful. Studley Royal Park is located nearby. The hotel offers a superb view of the Dales.

The room was large, including a seating area. the bed was huge. I slept very well. the staff were very attentive, especially at breakfast (i recommend the full english).
it took 30 minutes for the food to arrive. i understand they were busy, but a shorter wait would be better.

check-in took longer than expected, there was a line. the room's thermostat was difficult to adjust. it was either too hot or too cold, and i couldn't find a comfortable setting. this impacted my sleep quality.
